Why I Recommend
REFERENCE 3 and RESO are the 2 tools that genuinely earn their place in a beginner-to-intermediate producer’s toolkit. Being able to directly compare your mix against a professional track, and visually locate a harsh resonance instead of sweeping an EQ by ear, shortens the learning curve in a way a lot of plugins claim to do but don’t actually deliver.
Where I’d temper expectations is FASTER MASTER and the guided EQ tools specifically. They’re genuinely useful for a fast starting point or for catching mistakes, but leaning on them as a full substitute for developing your own ear will show up in a final master that sounds competent but generic. Treat the analysis as a second opinion, not the final word.
