2. Choose a Starting Country

Strategically select your ground zero. Will you begin in a poor country with weak healthcare or a densely populated region to maximize early infections?

3. Mutate and Evolve

Use DNA points to evolve your pathogen. Choose transmission methods like air, water, animals, and blood. Mutate symptoms such as coughing, rash, insomnia, or deadly organ failure.

4. Adapt to Resistance

Combat cures by evolving resistance to drugs, climate, and medical research. Watch out for wealthy countries launching cure programs and develop traits to slow them down.

5. Real-Time World Simulation

Every action affects the simulated world. News headlines, airplane routes, port closures, and medical research updates are dynamically influenced by your progress.
