Oracle Naan Mudhalvan is a collaborative initiative between Oracle India and the Government of Tamil Nadu under the Naan Mudhalvan skill development program. Launched to empower students with future-ready IT skills, this initiative is aimed at creating a digitally skilled youth workforce across the state.

Oracle development – create, organize, access, and share information quickly and securely. It is compatible with cloud databases like Amazon RDS and Oracle Cloud and supports local/remote Oracle servers.
